Pre-School Applications Now Being Accepted

The NOCAC Child Development program is now accepting applications for the 2019 – 2020 Head Start preschool program.

Head Start is a FREE comprehensive program that helps children, ages 3 to 5, from low-income families get ready for school. Our program provides education, health, social and other services to eligible children in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding and Williams counties.
