Responsible for the administration of program services within regulatory compliance of each funding source to ensure successful outcomes for consumers of the NOCAC child development programs.
Minimum of a Bachelor degree and seven years demonstrated managerial experience that included staff supervision, financial and grants management, strategic planning, data compilation and evaluation. Must have excellent organizational, communication and listening skills and be a self-starter. Must also be an innovative and creative thinker and encourage those skills in team members and utilize a team-based approach in delivery of services. Experience working in a Head Start program is preferred. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and maintain state minimum amount of automobile liability insurance. Must be insurable through NOCAC’s insurance carrier.
