The Paulding County Senior Center is a multipurpose center that provides supportive services such as health assessments, information and referral services, educational programs, transportation for medical or service appointments, Passport Program transportation, personal care and homemaker services, and community based services along with social and recreational activities. The Center is administered by NOCAC and is funded by local Paulding County tax levy funds and Title IIIB Older American Act funds obtained from the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio.

The Golden Age Luncheon Association, (GALA) is a nutrition program for individuals over 60 years of age or their spouse (regardless of age) regardless of income.  Hot mid-day meals are served at a Dining Center in Paulding County.  In addition, hot and frozen home-delivered meals are available in Paulding County for those individuals with conditions that do not allow them to attend a Dining Center. Frozen home delivered meals can be provided for lunch, evening, weekend, and/or emergency situations.  All meals provided meet 1/3 of the recommended Daily Allowance of nutrients essential for this age group. Nutrition education activities are available in addition to the meals. Funding for the GALA nutrition program is provided by the Ohio Department of Aging and the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio from Title IIIC and from program participant donations.

The PASSPORT Nutrition Program provides hot home-delivered meals in Paulding county and frozen meals to PASSPORT clients in Paulding, Henry, Fulton, Williams and Defiance counties. Eligibility is based on age, income and appropriate level of care. Funding for the PASSPORT program is provided by the Ohio Department of Aging and the Area Office on Aging.

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services funds the Medicaid Waiver Nutrition Program, and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services contracts with Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission to provide hot home- delivered meals in Paulding county and frozen home delivered meals to individuals with disabilities who are certified for home and community based services in Fulton, Henry, Williams, Paulding, and Defiance counties.
